Your damage output on medusa is insane at early S9 rn, focus 2 on the wave and poking with 1. If you hit all of your viper shots they will be extremely low, don't be afraid to dive with 3 to secure kills, it does a lot of damage.

Full starting build, bellow is what you will want to end with late game. Selling crusher for dom is crucial, can be replaced with titans when the buff comes along. This build will generally work on any hunter and will slap late game on anyone that has an AA stim like medusa, apollo, cherno, rama, iza and anyone I'm not bothering to mention
